1. How long will it take to receive my purchase?

~ Expected delivery time is 7-10 business days, depending on  the shipping destination. The shipping time includes manufacturing process, shipping and handling.  

2. What is your return/exchange policy?

Please contact us if there is a problem with your order. 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (unworn and unwashed) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note: Custom designed items cannot be returned or refunded for any other reason beyond defective products.

3. How can I pay for my order?

~ We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. If you are paying in person, we will walk you through the process.

4. Will I receive my confirmation email?

~ Yes. As soon as you place an order we send the confirmation e-mail. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder to make sure it didn’t get lost there.

5. Do you do custom orders?

~ We do! Email and let us know what designs you are looking for.

6.  How do I wash my t-shirt?

~ To wash your shirt, turn it inside out and machine wash cold. Use non-chlorine beach and hang to dry. To keep your T-shirt in top condition, do not iron the decoration area.
